Simplified methodology of setting up civil works (aka obstacles) in TELEMAC-2D and TELEMAC-3D

New way to model civil works/obstacles in TELEMAC-2D and TELEMAC-3D which is more simple, more generic, more automated and less mesh dependent.

A few hydraulic structures had been implemented within TELEMAC-2D or TELEMAC-3D to represent either a weir (2D), a dyke, or a culvert (2D/3D). Their usage requires the setup of complex input files defining their geometrical characteristics and parameterisations, including having to maintain lists or mesh-dependent node numbers and manually pairing nodes across or along obstacles.

A new approach to modelling obstacles in TELEMAC-2D and TELEMAC-3D defines an abstraction of "obstacle" capable of holding the characteristics of most types of hydraulic structures. The approach also includes a complete automatisation of the search for mesh information given geometrical inputs, automatically connecting nodes, control locations and ponds where necessary.
