New option for the scheme for diffusion of tracers or suspended sediments: only along the vertical (no horizontal diffusion)
Rather than solving a linear system with the full diffusion matrix (implicit treatment of horizontal and vertical diffusion), only a tridiagonal solver in the SET_DIF subroutine is used leading to a substantial speedup, in particular when advecting a large number of tracers. No horizontal diffusion is considered.
